Flexible Pouches 5-Step Process
How It Works
Get a Free Quote
Flexible Pouches is a custom manufacturer pouches and rollstock film, every batch made-to-order. Once you provide your bag specifications, we will provide you a quote tailored to your project’s requirements.
ARTWORK SUBMISSION
Once you receive your quote and are ready to proceed, send us your final art files in either AI, EPS, or layered PDF format. We can also provide you with a dieline (template) sized to your pouch so that you or your designer can drop in your graphics.
Approve Your Proof
Within 24 hours of receiving your art, our graphics team will create a PDF proof for your review which will show all print graphics, knockouts (windows), metallic areas, and pouch features such as the tear notches and zipper. Once you approve it, your art is ready to print.
If you prefer a hard proof before hitting the press, we are happy to print one for you on the exact film that will be used in your pouches. However, hard proofs add 5-7 business days to your lead time.
We can also create a functional prototype of your pouch, fully custom printed, for an additional charge.
PRODUCTION
Sit back and relax while we produce your custom printed pouches to perfection in about 10 business days, one of the fastest lead times in the industry.
DELIVERY
